About The BEE Award
The Deaconess Illinois Crossroads’ BEE Award recognizes support personnel who prove to BE EXCELLENT EVERY DAY. The BEE Award is specific to non-nursing roles – such as lab techs, physical therapists, radiology staff, housekeeping, clerical staff, and many other support roles. Just like the bee and the daisy rely on each other to thrive, every role in a hospital works together to deliver exceptional patient care.
